ZeryThis mountainous region is home to many different types of people while the roads are well traveled since there are only a few to choose from. Many come to Zery in order to take in the amazing scenery of lush wooded mountains while others come simply to escape from their past. The cities here are vast and often close to water, but there are a few actually hidden within the mountains themselves. Vehicles do litter this region, but many are all terrain in order to get over those pesky rocks and rough terrain of Zery.
MalosoHere you will find vast forests with a lot of wild life hidden within, some that can prove to be very dangerous. There are also clearings that have provided the cities with the perfect space to build. However, there are a few cities that use the giant trees as shelter which provides cover from the sun and safety from the beasts of the forest. The roads here are plentiful, so some are more traveled than others. Any type of vehicle is safe here, unless they take a less traveled path then they may require a bit of help.
KaletraWhen people talk of Kaletra, they often mention how hot it is since this place is practically a desert. There are several small mountain ranges that traverse through Kaletra which have caused this place to be the desert it is. Some may call the scenery here beautiful while others call it a nightmare, but you will also notice there are no roads, just sand. Most people in Kaletra travel by horseback, but there are a few who go by vehicles specially outfitted to traverse the dangerous dunes without getting them stuck in the middle of nowhere. The cities of Kaletra are very close to water while maybe a few outposts are scattered through the desert itself, though none of the outposts are very big. Most of the natives of Kaletra have darker skin to help them with the ever blinding sun and they also cover themselves up quite often. Oh, and beware the sandstorms.
Sractel NaoSractel Nao, otherwise known as the Winter Hell, is a cold place that often gets quite a bit of snow. Though, there are areas that are clear of snow and have mild temperatures. Many find this region to actually be enjoyable, unless they are out in the tundra itself. Because of that, there are quite a few cities scattered through out Sractel Nao until you start hitting the forever snowy regions. The roads here are well kept and friendly to any vehicles, unless of course you head out into the nightmarish tundra.
PallisHome of the Boone family castle, Pallis is believed to be the most beautiful region of all since it has a bit of everything and is quite a colorful place at any time of the year. The moderate climate has made it the home of many Andelesians, and with the royal family here, many come to Pallis just to be closer to the royal bloodline (and perhaps in hopes of marrying one of them.) Since this is the home of the royal family, the roads are always kept in perfect conditions, and very friendly to any vehicle in most areas. Cities here are huge and are scattered throughout Pallis, but the one that stands out is the royal capital, Boonasis.
TrincrawCut off from the rest of Andelesim, Trincraw is practically an untouched paradise that holds no roads and the cities only line the coasts. Here you can enjoy yourself in the warm climates with a nice ocean breeze washing over the gorgeous beaches. So, with all these wonders just on the edges, no one ever thinks about going deeper into Trincraw to see what other wonders it has. Because of that, it is one of the least traveled regions since people only stay on the coasts. So, maybe it would be a fun adventure to go deeper into Trincraw's territory?

Technology & MagicThe technology of Andelesim is much like Earth's, just a bit more limited. They have cell phones, but they have much larger black out spots, especially in Kaletra. But, if you are in range of any of the towers, you can call anyone from anywhere. Computers are also alive, but they are no where near as advanced, but there are no viruses for them to catch since Andelesians believe in respect. Vehicles are everywhere though, but they are quite expensive and most people turn to horseback or mounting a different type of animal. Plus, there are some regions that are not very vehicle friendly, so they are often used in towns or on friendly roads. When it comes to health care, Andelesians turn to magic as their guide since it is the one easy and quick way of removing many ailments. However, using magic to extend the life span of someone (unless to cure sickness) or reviving anyone who has been dead for more than an hour. Beyond all of these points, most of Andelesim is much like Earth with video games (perhaps the same ones just to make things easier) and television that has all sorts of shows.
SportsAndelesim have a few sports similar to Earths since they do play cricket, hockey, and soccer. Beyond that, they have other sports that Earth hasn't come up with. What are they is up to you and your imagination! That's right, I will let you make up sports you think would be cool and then I get to decide how popular they are!
Religions & CurrencyThere is one large religion that seems to rule Andelesim beneath the Boone family's orders. They are the extended law and act as the enforcers, judges, and jury of Andelesim. Not only that, but they control the currency of Andelesim. The currency is gold coins that are all the same size, so the only difference between them is what Boone family member's face is on it and the years. Beyond that, they are all worth the same (besides by the collectors who may pay more just to have a certain face). Oh, and did I forget to mention what this religion was called? They are the Finaran. This religion follows no real god but rather a state of mind that expects people to have honor, respect, and dignity in everything they do. Thus, this is why they are the law.
Class SystemThere are only two types of people in Andelesim, the working class or the noble class. Nobles are often referred to as royals and often get this title by serving the Finaran for a few years or granted these titles by any member of the Boone family. (This means that ANYONE Boone, whether they are the direct king/queen Boone or one of those who are a bit further from the throne.) Serving the Finarans is the easiest way to gain nobility, but you must serve ten loyal years before you become a noble and do not that only you become a noble and whoever you marry (married to) and then your children. Anyone before you stays apart of the working class (or the citizens). To gain nobility from a Boone, you must have done something worthy of their attention (such as saving one of their children from an evil troll) and they must have a desire to actually grant you nobility. And, since many Boones are trained in some form of weaponry, serving as a Finaran is the more famous way of gaining nobility.
MilitaryMany believe the military is also controlled by the Finarans, but it is not. Instead, a Boone is. This lineage of Boone family have been running the military ever since the Boones took control of Andelesim. Because of their close relations to the military, many of these Boones serve and quite a few hold several high positions in the military. Anyone can serve, but serving does not grant anyone nobility. Instead, they grant nobility to one of their loved ones because serving in the military is a life commitment. This means if you are not sure about joining the military, you shouldn't. Once you join, the only way to leave is retirement or death, you cannot leave in order to follow a new path. This is to make sure anyone who joins is serious about the military and protecting those of Andelesim while also making sure they are loyalists. Perhaps this is why this line of the Boone family are all in the military, or at least most of them are.
SlaverySlavery is not like how it is on Earth since these people are not born into slavery or enslaved into it. Instead, slavery is only allowed if the person who is the slave allows it. Becoming a slave has its upsides as you claim the rank of your master/mistress and no longer have to worry about working for anyone else. Not only this, but you have complete 'job' security since the masters/mistresses cannot fire you for any reason. In other words, slavery is an agreement between the master/mistress and the slave. However, slaves have no rights and will completely belong to the master/mistress. So, if someone hurts a slave, they are damaging property and a life (consider it a double whammy.) And, the attempt to sell slaves is illegal!! To sum everything up, becoming a slave is a lifestyle choice and you become the dependent of your master/mistress, much like a child, but you do work for them. Also remember, you have the right to say no to your master/mistress since you are still a person, but legally speaking, you are property, so you cannot vote or have money of your own.

Magic In DepthSince magic is always a complicated topic, I figured I would have a more in depth explanation on how magic works in Andelesim. Everyone is born with magic in their blood, many wizards and scientists believe it is the atmosphere of Andelesim that creates this anomaly in everyone's blood. So, anyone is capable of creating magic and the masters can even leach the magic out of the air in order to power their spells. However, using magic requires a lot of training and once you start, you cannot finish. Unlocking the potential of manipulating magic makes you instantly unstable, and, at this point, you must use magic or suffer the consequences. That is right, using magic can be very dangerous since it is an unstable chemical and using it just once makes it active. Until it is activated, the magic chemical stays dormant. Activating the chemical is done with a ritual that can be deadly since the chemical is at its most unstable during this ritual and some people have quite literally lit on fire from the inside, and this fire cannot be put out with normal water either. Once the ritual is complete and the wizard survives, they must use magic or suffer the fate of burning from the inside out. If they go a while without using magic, they will know when the fire starts, but if they wait too long, the fire cannot be tamed with simple magic use. There are three types of magic: healing, death and elemental.
---------------------------------------------------- Healing MagicMany people use healing magic since it is the second most used type out there! Healing magic revolves around renewing the life force of a living creature. Using magic, they turn it from just a chemical to energy that they then infuse into the living to heal wounds far quicker than normal. A large gash in your stomach can be healed in seconds! A broken bone can be snapped back into place within minutes, and the recently dead (within an hour after death) can be brought back from the dead! Though, their wounds may take a few days to fully recover. Also, each degree of healing requires more practice, concentration, and power. Lacking any three of these aspects may cause the wizard to die in his attempt or even create wounds in themselves. Death MagicOfficially, death magic is illegal in Andelesim, though that does not stop people from using it. In fact, there is a secret school for those interested in death magic. Where is it? I cannot tell you since you may be with those filthy Finarans. Either way, death magic reverses the life energy since it steals it from living people and can be used to either heal the caster or even give the caster more power! A caster can also animate the dead with their own spirit (or a part of), and control the corpse with nothing more than their mind. However, anyone caught using death magic (even a Boone) will be put to death instantly since it has been banned for a reason. Elemental MagicElemental magic is the most common type of magic around and everyone knows about it. Every elemental wizard practices one or two different elements, very few go more than two just because it makes their magic more unstable. Other than that, it is just about the main elements of fire, water, lightning, air, and earth. Need I say more?

Creatures of AndelesimThere are many creatures that lay in hiding around Andelesim, many that are just like the ones on Earth. So, there are deer, wolves, badgers, robins, and so on, but there is also so much more than just those simple creatures. One of the rarer creatures to come across are dragons. They have been known to be very dangerous and were actually hunted to near extinction. Recently though, dragons are very hard to find and many believe there are no dragons at all, but this is simply not the case since they still live, they just do not roam the lands of Andelesim as much anymore unless they lay in underground caves, dormant volcanoes, or ruined castles. Though, most who see a full grown dragon, rarely live to tell the tale. Moving past dragons, there are also faeries that roam Andelesim, but they are more like flying little pests that will eat a farmer's crop in a matter of a few hours, and they have been known to eat people! So, if you see a faerie, no matter how cute they may look, they are more dangerous than you could ever imagine. Needless to say, there are many creatures in Andelesim, most of which I won't name off, but if you can think of one that may be interesting (and as long as it is not dangerous) just throw it right in! But if it is dangerous, you may want to talk to me first.
The World Beyond AndelesimThere are several lands outside of Andelesim, but many of those lands are inhabited by groups of nomads that have no leadership nor government like Andelesim. Most of them are vikings, raiders, or even criminals on the run simply doing whatever the please since there is no law outside of Andelesim. However, there are some posts upon those lands owned by the Boone military, but these are mostly scouting posts at the moment since there is no demand for more land, yet. Perhaps in the near future, the Boones will push their reign over seas in hopes of civilizing the savages. In the mean time, they will only cross the ocean if one of their citizens is kidnapped or to avenge the deaths that happened in a raid.
